Monthly Review | Celebrating Farewells, Spring Flower Blooms, Home Reno | April 2026
April:
- Saying goodbye is a part of life. This month I said farewell to two co workers that I started to develop a bond with. I will miss coworker A since I got used to sitting with him as a lunch buddy—we would talk about our weekends and random stuff like his possessed cat. Throughout the second week of April we celebrate coworker B—I got her small little gift card to Starbucks and spent the last couple of days with her eating lunch.
- Received the news that my grandma's house got sold and that new neighbors will be moving in on April 30th.
- April 7th: Best friend's birthday! 🎂✨ I am forever grateful for his kindness and friendship.
- April 10th - 12th, 17th - 19th 1: Coachella! I enjoyed KATSEYE, Sombr, Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bebier, Laufey, and Big Bang's performances.
- Apr 11th - 12th: Plumbers came to install new sinks. Assisted my parents and began to shop around for new front doors and door locks.
- April 18th: Spent the weekend walking around home improvement stores looking at appliances, specifically ovens. The store was surrounded by the aroma of wood.
- April 21st: Got a rejection status from Ticketmaster that I didn't get BTS tickets.
- At last my favorite season, Spring, has arrived. The days have been filled with sunshine, warmth and of course certain days were cold and rainy. Nevertheless, the flowers are starting to bloom. 🌷
- April 25th: Finally found and purchased a new Fridgiare Induction range oven
- Things I tried this month: Truiscuits Rosemary and Olive Oil crackers, Peelers Gummies
- Things I watched this month: Love Through Prism and Coachella
- Finished reading: The Devil Does Exist (manga)
- Feeling a little disappointed with myself this month as I didn't really work on any of my goals. I have been feeling super exhausted from work and have been sleeping a lot more.
