Monthly Review | Canada Day, Reality TV Season, Summer Scent | July 2026

 

july:

• July 1st: It's Canada Day! Spent the day completing my piano lessons and singing. Started a reading marathon and completed Half His Age by Jennette McCurdy. Finished off the day completing the Off Campus series. 

• July 6th: Work life was getting interesting. I finally feel like I am coming out of my shell and started making real genuine connections with my coworkers. 

• July 9th: Big Brother 28 premiere day! Rooting for Devens, Mallory and Melody.  

• July 10th - 11th: My life is consumed with BB28 live feeds. 

• July 15th: First time in Toronto there was a strong haze due to the wildfires from Northern Ontario. The sky was hazy yellow and the air smelt like burnt wood. 

• July 19th: Spent time with my sister and hung out at the mall. Purchased some egg tart and Portuguese tarts for my mom and my aunt and uncle. Also saw the last game for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. 

• July 28th: My new phone arrived! Decided to settle for the iphone 16. 

• July 30th: It's my sister's 34th birthday! Got her a Ube cake slice, Mango sticky rice and a Ube matcha bubble tea from Chatime.
